Expect a fully immersive learning, encouraging, creative and supporting experience where timely inspiration can come from a coaching experience within the community, an individual sitting in a seat right next to you, or from the wisdom of the community itself.
How
The Love Plan Catalyst Works:
♥ The Coaching Group will meet on an agreed day each week for an agreed number of weeks at an agreed time over the phone.
♥ Each member will begin by taking turns identifying their support needs or follow-up requirements.
♥ Group members share results of homework from previous week and get feedback. Group members then coach each other.
♥ The week’s current theme and exercise or practice plan will be introduced and discussed.
♥ The Coaching Group coaches and supports members that have issues identified from their check-in, or other needs that come up during a meeting.
Each month
The Love Plan Catalyst will hold tele-labs for its members. The tele-labs are smaller environments designed to engage around issues pertinent to members on a deeper level. These sessions are popular because the learning format affords members more interaction with the coach and encourages great dialogue. In this conversational workshop environment, you’ll engage in dialogue with the coach and with members of the community.
Each year
The Love Plan Catalyst Community will come together in person for a yearly retreat. Dates and details TBA.
